Finally found these babies on sale for $40 at Nordstrom Rack…(to be honest I think they were marked incorrectly, lol.) I wasn’t crazy about the blue, so I added my own touch. Rather than wasting time picking at other’s flaws, spend some time celebrating their strengths and positive attributes while repairing your own flaws.
I get a lot of questions about carbs, so here’s just some quick information on them! To avoid the inevitable anons, no, I do not think all football players are stupid and all boys in photography class are smart, haha.
One more thing: Fruit is a simple carb! This does not mean it is bad for you. Again, just everything in moderation! Eating healthy has a lot to do with common sense and less to do with charts.
@bitesizedfitness: I don’t count macros. I work 40 hours a week and eat chocolate everyday. Celebrate on weekends. Stay up too late. Consider shopping a valid form of cardio. And never say no to a fun opportunity ❤️ You don’t have to be a bodybuilder or trainer to look and feel good.. You just need some motivation, dedication & consistency 👊
